The Jassby Travel Partner mobile app allows you to access the features of the Partner UI from your phone. Whether you are traveling with a group and need to add an allotment, supporting your travelers by replacing a lost card, or checking the status of a Trip Card order, you can easily perform these functions on the go!
Accessing the App
- The app is web-based, so you will access it via your mobile browser.
- Bookmark this site for easy access Jassby Partner App
- Use your Jassby Partner UI credentials to log in. You will have the same features that are available to you on your computer.
Helpful Info
The screens are formatted to fit a mobile device, so they look a little different.
- Navigation Bar
- House – brings you to the home screen
- Compass – brings you to the Trips screen
- Debit Card – brings you to the Trip Card Orders screen
- Bell – brings you to the notifications screen
- Order Locations screen is accessed via the menu icon at the top of the home screen
- Tap on a Trip Card Order, Trip, Allotment, or Card to view the details
To perform actions on Trip Card Orders or Cards, select the lot(s) or the card(s) then tap the vertical ellipsis in the upper right. The available actions will be displayed.
